Nick Wright, CEO
Nicholas dePencier Wright has over 15 years of experience practising corporate and securities law. He has extensive experience with the formation and operation of private investment funds from both the perspective of legal counsel and broker chief compliance officer. Licensed to practice law in Ontario, California and Texas, Nick holds Law (JD) and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degrees from Dalhousie University, a masters in tax law (LLM) from Osgoode Hall Law School and an Honours in Philosophy (BA) from King’s College, Halifax.
Ali Zaidi, Director Business Development
Ali is a seasoned business leader and strategist with over 15 years of diverse experience in private capital markets, real estate, financial services, and technology. As the Director of Business Development and Dealer Representative (DR) at Startly Inc. (Ontario), Ali forges strategic partnerships to drive growth. In addition to his role at Startly, Ali has held key leadership positions across multiple industries. He is the Principal Broker at RateShop Inc., Managing Partner at Orbis Realty and was previously Director and President at Lendmax Capital MIC.
